Today’s challenge for technological multinational companies is to manage the diversity and turn it into added value. This diversity can extend the company’s vision, foster creativity and innovation. But, how can we engage and send personalized messages for teams with different academic backgrounds, from different generations and coming from different countries?
Everis is dealing with this challenge every day and has proposed it as a challenge for the next MID Talent program, organized by the Barcelona Design Centre. In this talk, Marina will share how this youth group perceive diversity in the work environment and which initiatives are proposing to transform it into an added value.
