Josh defines himself as an active yet reflexive person. He spends most of his time satisfying his wonderful curiosity by mentoring, writing and, above all, reading. That’s why he (naturally) decided to work in a field where learning by discovery is a crucial part: user research. Josh has worked as a researcher in diverse companies such as HP, N26, and Hotjar after a short period as a consultant.
He's a book curator in the PM library (thepmlibrary.com) as well as in his own instagram account (@joshdixit) where he posts book reviews. He also teaches different courses about ethnography, fieldwork, and interviewing best practices among other topics.
