Loretta Hudelot is a research and insights professional who helps companies win by telling stories with data. In her 25 year research career, Loretta has helped distill the ‘fog of customer data’ for Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Brinker International (owner of Chili’s), Freeman (trade show company), and Nationstar Mortgage. She currently works at Verizon Wireless as a customer experience strategist and researcher. Loretta enjoys yoga, playing the piano, and knitting rather badly.
