Priyama Barua is an Experience Strategy Director at Mad*Pow – a strategic design agency focused on creating innovative experiences and compelling digital solutions. In her efforts to improve people’s experiences, she employs a range of human-centered, experience-led, service design approaches that can change the strategic direction of large Fortune 500 member companies.
She is passionate about building more bridges between design and business, and getting people aligned on innovative thinking and doing. She believes that things can always work better than they do in this current moment, if we stop to consider the end-to-end impact of what we’re planning.
In her past lives, Priyama has been a successful entrepreneur and a college professor. She holds a Masters in Design Management and an MBA in Operations, both of which enable her to build solutions that are sustainable and scalable.
