Dr Julia Wolny is a professor at EADA Business School (prev. Goldsmiths University London, Southampton University, University of the Arts London) in Digital Marketing and Responsible Experience Design.
With a PhD on mass customization (Salford University, UK) and formative years in the design and fashion industry in London, she brings together the commercial and creative elements of innovation. Julia is fascinated by the impact of technology on consumers and published on the topics such as wearables and eWOM, in top journals (e.g Journal of Marketing Management) and books (e.g. Routledge Handbook of Consumer Behaviour) and presented at both IBM and Google.
She collaborates with brands on designing responsible marketing practices and is the Founder of New Way Smart Things – a thinking and doing lab providing marketing services for responsible innovators in tech, cultural and creative sectors. Forever curious.
