Jennifer has been improving the user experience for the masses. She has worked at companies where she’s directly impacted the user experience for the masses through design and research. During her career she also spent five years educating college students on building experiences that are easy to use. In her current role she spends her days researching the needs, wants, and expectations of consumers across the globe at Logitech.
She has worked for many companies during her career, IBM, SDRC, Trilogy, Hewitt/AON, Penn State Erie, Anthem BCBS, Cigna and currently she is the UX Research Lead at Logitech.
