Jen is a Sr. UX Architect for Autotrader. There she focuses on building and evolving their design system, personalization capabilities, and improved performance measurement methods. Prior to joining Autotrader she worked at Progressive Insurance, where she launched the company's first responsive quoting application and in-app roadside assistance feature. She also designed and developed over 200 online medical education modules for physicians at the Cleveland Clinic.
Jen has put her work through 60 usability tests and released over 20 A/B tests into the market. At her first job, Jen wrote Lingo, a now retired language for educational CD-ROMs.
