Gentry Sleets works as a UXA for Grainger by day and freelances under the alias Left Brain Graphics by night. He enjoys helping individuals and organizations solve complex opportunities through visual, story-telling solutions. In his first life as an award-winning graphic journalist he learned how to effectively answer who, what, when, where and why? Over the years, he has worked with such brands including BusinessWeek and Essence Magazines, The New York Times, Chicago Tribune, Mars, Humana, Sears and Chicago Public School District. He received a BA in Visual Communication from Grambling State University and a MS in HCI from Iowa State University. He hopes some day to witness the development of a fully, functional light saber.
