Entering the UI / UX / CX space over 15 years ago, Melissa began as design and product for third party collections and then moved into the digital space, focusing on collections and then credit card. Recently hired to lead the Digital Product team at Great Wolf Resorts, she has been tasked with redefining the digital channels. In parallel, Melissa is a Human Computer Interaction Masters’s Candidate at Iowa State University, founded the Brett Robert Jostes Scholarship for Girls Going Into STEM, is a three year running WebAward Judge and has been quoted in Forbes magazine as a UX industry leader.
