Although Stephanie has been a designer for 5 years, she worked as a technical writer for 4 years before being bitten by the UX bug. She has a BA in Linguistics, and an MS in Human-Computer Interaction Design. Stephanie currently works at Optum, doing research and design for business intelligence and analytics software for healthcare providers.
