Michael Cale is a User Experience Designer at Hyland Software and a graduate of Kent State University’s User Experience master’s program. Prior to joining Hyland, he worked for 12 years in a variety of roles in the insurance industry where he gained an appreciation for the impact enterprise software can have on the daily well-being of employees. When he’s not problem-solving for end users, he is an avid runner, hiker, and builder of forts for his kids.
