Jeremy G. Burton is content design manager at Mural, where he champions clear language in support of better collaboration.
For 15 years, Jeremy has worked at the intersection of people and information — first in journalism, then in UX. At heart, he’s always an information architect, even when he might be wearing the hats of interaction designer, researcher, strategist, writer, or facilitator. Before Mural, Jeremy worked on AI products for IBM and health care services for UPMC Health Plan.
Jeremy also started and organized the very first World IA Day events in Pittsburgh, where he lives with his wife, son, and two cats.
