Jennifer Stencel is a graduate of Kent State with a Masters in Library Science. She holds a Post-Masters from San Jose State School of Library and Information Science in Digital Libraries and Emerging Technologies.  She has been working in libraries since the age of fifteen and is currently the Branch Manager of the Richfield Branch Library. Her focus is on monitoring and addressing changes in the use of libraries to meet the needs of our community, and how to implement innovative and relevant services and programs.  It was the work of the Kelley Brothers, with “design-thinking,” “human-centered-design” and IDEO that started her on the path of discovering UX and IA.  Her first, and favorite WIAD was Kent 2015, with “Architecting Happiness”.
