Based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA, Jenn is a Senior Functional Product Analyst at a large, blended health care organization. As a Consultant, Catalyst, Connector, & UX Advocate, she builds relationships & digital products. She enjoys networking, building virtual communities, podcasting, mentoring, fundraising, & professional development event planning. Jenn has served on multiple boards including Pennsylvania State University College of Information Sciences & Technology Advisory Board to ensure curriculum matches the needs of industry, International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) Pittsburgh Chapter as VP of Programs & Special Events and as VP of Marketing & Communication, and a Nonprofit Human Services Agency where she boosted programming, community partnerships, and fundraising to benefit a Soup Kitchen, Art & Music Festival, and Youth Summer STEM Camps among other initiatives. Additional current professional volunteering includes encouraging colleagues with creative engagement ideas, serving on the Leadership Council for a large employee group to promote personal connection to the organization’s mission, vision, & core behaviors, and also broadcasting corporate content as a social media Brand Ambassador.

Jenn studied Quantitative Business Analysis & Management Science/MIS at Penn State University and holds a variety of professional Certifications including Certified Product Innovation Professional (CPIP), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), Agile Analysis (IIBA-AAC), Leading SAFe (SA), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), & LUMA Human-Centered Design (HCD) Practitioner. She also has earned Certificates in Project Management Professional (PMP), Business Analysis, Microsoft SharePoint, & Google Analytics. Her career is a hybrid of many roles across various industries including financial, scientific, energy, engineering, logistics, IT consulting, insurance, biotech, & healthtech. Lifelong learning is a constant. Jenn treasures family visits, enjoys Sudoku and teaching her dachshund to sing, & has never refused a game of Scrabble.
