As Product Design Lead at the Scotiabank Digital Factory, Jen's work has most recently focused on Help and Search, in support of customers who encounter a problem or challenge with a Scotiabank product or service. Jen's design practice is systems-oriented, in that it is framework-based, principle-grounded and scalable; and also in that she designs for the omni-channel customer journey and the business objective.
Prior to Scotiabank, Jen worked in consulting and agency organizations, servicing industries as diverse as pharmaceutical, health care, government, airline, retail, insurance and banking. She holds a Certificate in UX from New York University, and a Master of Design in Inclusive Design from OCAD University. As a two-time social entrepreneur, Jen brings a keen entrepreneurial spirit to her work.
