Daryl has over 17 years of experience in Human Factors Research, Information Architecture and User Experience design. Daryl’s work has included B2B transactional sites, internet auctions, healthcare portals, corporate digital branding, b2b extranets, m-commerce and e-commerce.

Daryl has worked helped clients such as Michelin, IHG, Fiserv, Ford, FedEx, Amway, Lowe’s, Home Depot, UPS, AT&T, and Cigna while working at SapientNitro, Razorfish, McKesson, Xcelerate, NASA, and GE.

Daryl has master's degree in Experimental Cognitive Psychology from the University of Oklahoma, where he focused on mathematical models of human memory and the impact of digital technology on situation awareness.
